GA4 Digital Analyst – UX Team £55,000 + 10% bonus City – hybrid A fantastic opportunity for a UX Analyst with 3+ years’ experience to join a growing gaming company in the City. You must be proficient in GA4 with strong analytical skills. You will work within the UX team in a fast-paced, dynamic role, collaborating with other departments such as products and development.The Role:

• Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyse user data and behaviour to enhance usability and user satisfaction with existing products and features and apply what you have learned.
• Utilise GA4 to analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels, generating actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing using VWO to optimise user experiences and increase conversion rates.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Identify opportunities for improving user journeys and overall website performance.
• Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions.
• Identify areas of optimisation in the conversion funnel and user journey through customer feedback, user research, and data analysis.
• Provide the UX team and Product team with invaluable data insights, aiding them in prioritising their tasks, forming hypotheses, and validating solutions post-implementation.

Essential requirements:

• Proficiency in GA4.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience designing and conducting A/B tests.
• Experience in GTM and VWO.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with other analytics tools (e.g., Google Data Studio) is a plus.
