Job Description

Accellor is seeking a talented and experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to enhance their business processes and achieve their strategic goals.

• Consultation and Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements; Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of client needs to design effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, ensuring alignment with client objectives; Customize Dynamics 365 CE features to meet specific client requirements and enhance system capabilities.
• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to end-users on Dynamics 365 CE functionalities.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants; Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong understanding of business processes, CRM, and customer engagement strategies.
• Proficient in customizing Dynamics 365 CE, including entity customization, workflows, and business rules.
• 7+ years of consulting experience, preferably within the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.
• Experience in the logistics industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE are a plus.
