Fullstack JavaScript Developer Full Time

The Job: This is a Fullstack JavaScript engineering opening at a cutting-edge AI Automation start-up company, in the heart of London.

This roles sits in an experienced and passionate team, with strong leadership and backing. The team have a defined roadmap and are seeking a JavaScript developer to help execute on several greenfield AI projects.

Their recent seed funding round raised a staggering £3 million and they are investing this into expanding the team and entering new markets.

Their engineering department is led by a very strongly experienced head of engineering, with nearly two decades in the software industry, including 7 years within Tier 1 Investment Banks.

Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 base (dependant on experience).

In this job you will:

• Help develop a distributed component-based AI Platform
• Develop configurable workflows
• Flex APIs
• Powerful user-interfaces
• Integrate AI components such as NLP, Neural nets and more

Commercial experience needed:

• 3+ years developing software
• 3+ years JavaScript experience including Node and/or TypeScript
• Frontend experience using Angular/React and HTML+CSS
• Experience with NestJS/Express
• Test Driven Development experience
• API development experience

Desired experience:

• AWS/GCP including serverless experience using Lambda or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in computing, science or engineering discipline

Interview Process: The interview process for this position is 2 rounds and can be completed very quickly. One of these round will be a technical interview consisting of a pair programming exercise with one of the engineering team.

Where: This team use a hybrid model and welcome a flexible arrangement. The office is located within walking distance to London Bridge rail station.
