French Speaking Service Delivery Manager-Remote- 12+Months Full Time

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a strong French speaking Service Delivery Manager/owner to join an exciting project for a prominent & global pharma client.

This position involves managing the local and integration partner contract, performance relationship, and risk. The role requires a good understanding of contractual, commercial, and operational aspects to ensure the effective delivery of goods and services

What we are looking for:

• Strong Experience as a service delivery manager/owner
• Good number of years experience in Application Management Services or in Program/Project Management of SAP ERP or any other SAP Software
• International project experience with different cultures and backgrounds
• Good Knowledge of the IT Service Management processes
• Proven experience in successfully leading a team in the management of vendors/third parties, including, but not limited to, policies, performance, vendor risk, relationships, contracts (including negotiations), and issue and dispute resolution
• Good understanding of commercial terms (warranties, intellectual property, indemnification) in the AMS agreement
• SAP experience would be a big advantage
• Strong communication and problem solving skills, ability to defend the Core Model position
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders
• Have superior communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy
• Ability to collect data and report blocking points
• Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on managing to business outcomes through collaboration with multiple internal and external parties
• French and English speaking

Contract details for the role

• Start date: ASAP- January.

• EU- Remote
• Agreement: 40 hours per week.
