Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (dependent on experience)

We are currently partnered with an innovative B2B marketplace. After having recently received an impressive seed funding round, they are now building out their founding design & engineering team.

They are looking for their first Product Design hire to help shape the product experience and define their brand identity. In this end-to-end role, you’d be responsible for everything from identifying user pain points to creating visually stunning, user-friendly designs.

They need someone experienced in designing data-heavy web applications, ideally for products taken from 0-1. Since they are a small team, they are looking for a strong communicator who can work autonomously, push back when needed, and collaborate effectively with technical teams. Great design is core to their mission, and they’re looking for someone to champion that vision from the ground up.

Who are they looking for?

• 3-5 years Product Design experience, ideally within a seed/series A business
• Marketplace or eCommerce experience
• Product minded
• Experience working on data-heavy projects
