Join a dynamic and experienced team at the forefront of financial technology solutions. I am seeking a proactive a hands-on IT Support Specialist to play a crucial role in supporting and delivering solutions to the firms Fixed Income Trading.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line application support for Fixed Income Trading & Sales desks.
• Engage with stakeholders across Front & Middle Office, Product Control, Risk Management, Back Office, Application Development, and Infrastructure teams.
• Manage applications offering pricing, risk, and valuations to support the business.
• Hands-on attitude with proactive efforts to enhance knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supporting Trading, Pricing, and Risk Management applications.
• Understanding of pricing curves and models.
• Experience supporting front-to-back Trading Systems and Trading Desks.
• Proficient in handling large valuation batches.
• Comfortable assessing trading systems/components for investigating trade breaks, connectivity, and data issues.
• Knowledge of financial markets, especially Fixed Income and Interest Rate products.
• Familiarity with electronic trading, markets, connectivity, market making, and algorithmic/automatic trading.
• Proven experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, and systems support teams.
• Working experience with Linux, Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, and Python.
