Finance Systems Lead with extensive experience of Workday Financials is sought by prestigious global brand. Reporting into the CFO, this role will support the next phase of their Workday finance journey to a phase of new development as well as continuing to stabilize their existing environment. You will have worked previously worked on the on the implementation or stabilisation of finance systems or have been an administrator of systems within your organisation. We are looking for an individual with specific experience of Workday Finance who will be able to support with back log of tickets, resolve business process issues and suggest process improvements in Workday. This role will also be responsible for upskilling the existing permanent team with specific Workday best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the strategic development of a roadmap for the development and stabilisation of Finance Systems

• Contribute to requirements for future Workday phases of development including deriving efficiencies within the Finance function through the implementation of Workday functionality.

• Support the implementation of a Governance Framework for Finance Systems, taking into consideration our use of Workday HCM as well as Workday FINS

• Identify opportunities to upskill the existing/permanent team, organise and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.

Key Requirements:

• Direct hands-on experience of Workday Financials is a must, experience of other finance systems will be beneficial.

• Strong functional understanding of how Workday Financials works to shape roadmap for all finance systems.

• Experience of Property Management Systems such as Yardi or MRI as well as integration of Treasury Management Systems eg, Kyriba would be beneficial.

• Finance background or experience working within a finance team desirable.

• Strong communicator with a patient and confident style

• Workday Financials administrator experience
