Your new role
Your role involves providing second-line technical support to the organisation/’s users at multiple sites (Watford, Central London, and Doncaster). Your responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing problems, and finding solutions to ensure users receive excellent service. You’ll address common hardware, software, and networking issues, assist with computer software integration. You will also be using ServiceNow as a ticketing tool to log in and track IT troubleshooting queries.
