4. Assist in project set-up and liaise with vendors, fee earners, and clients.
5. Develop an understanding of each project and its legal implications.
6. Compile DSARs data and create eBundles using external platforms.
7. Conduct post-matter reviews with fee earners and eDisclosure vendors.
8. Monitor and report vendor performance and maintain good relationships.

Key Skills & Experience Required for an eDisclosure Project Co-ordinator:

• Law firm or eDisclosure vendor experience.
• Project management-level experience in eDisclosure.
• Proficiency in tools like Relativity, NUIX, SQL, SharePoint, MS Office, EDRM, and Magnum.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Desirable Education for an eDisclosure Project Co-ordinator:

• Degree in computing or related field.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and PRINCE II Certified to practitioner level.
