Role: DV Cleared Senior O365 Engineer

Length: 6 Months

Location: London

Rate: Market Rates (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, support, and enhance the M365 technologies used by the client to get the best service possible
• Work internally with the ICT Service Delivery team to build modern, scalable, secure IT systems
• Monitor, administer, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online/On-Prem, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune
• Manage, maintain, research, recommend, and implement configuration and best practices for:
  • Exchange
  • Teams
  • SharePoint
  • OneDrive and other related products
• Ensure service availability, performance, and security of the Microsoft 365 services
• Investigate and resolve faults in services
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Mentor and lead less experienced members of the team to develop skills across the team
• Liaise with users, architects, and business areas to understand and develop ideas on how the M365 suite can help efficiency
• Optimize licensing and subscription costs

Skills Required:

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange, OneDrive for Business, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, and Azure Services
• Knowledge of Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, and hybrid Exchange environments
• Knowledge of enterprise mobility & security – Intune MDM & MAM, Entra ID, Identity, Information Protection, Threat Protection, Cloud App Security
• Microsoft Teams implementation, governance, administration
• Microsoft Teams voice and video services
• Active Directory / Entra ID management
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and experience of managing Microsoft licensing and Azure subscriptions
• 365/Azure service health monitoring
• Experience of using PowerShell
• Strong experience leading implementation projects of Microsoft 365 workloads and new features
• Proven technical experience of large enterprise environments managing multiple technology services
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-102) is desirable

Candidates must hold or be willing to undergo active DV Clearance.
