About this exciting role
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to excel in digital fundraising and marketing strategy and oversee the effective implementation of plans. Working alongside a dynamic and ambitious team delivering the Individual Giving programme and calling on your constant curiosity for industry leading campaigns and ideas, your focus will be on BAU and delivery and leading on inspiring the team and sharing your knowledge and skills.
We will count on you to lead on the development and delivery of the Individual Giving strategies and proactively manage the team to develop and optimise insight-driven supporter-led campaigns and work cross-departments to deliver an exceptional and integrated supporter experience.
You will take an active role in investigating, testing and rolling out digital-led innovation and improvements of current products, platforms, and make a vital contribution to projects in development, while ensuring you provide effective management and development to our Senior Direct Marketing Executive for digital acquisition, ensuring they deliver on objectives.
About you
This key role requires an innovative individual with a natural creative flair and digital expertise, including digital marketing and developing digital supporter / customer journeys and engagement for end-to-end campaign management of paid social, search and digital PR. You will also have a strong track record of applying best practice in marketing communications and substantial experience in drawing up digital marketing strategies.
A natural communicator, you will be an expert in communicating digitally, and possess strong project and campaign management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once. A collaborative, results-driven and adaptable approach to your work is vital, as are effective management and leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop others.
