About this role
As our next Digital Senior Account Director, you will help lead our growing team as create campaigns that place brands at the centre of the cultural conversation and stop scrolling thumbs in their tracks.

You’ve spent enough time in the world of social for to know that last year’s ‘best practices’ are already out of date. Anyone can chase a trend, but you understand how to create relevance, whether that’s for a leading beverages brand or a global tech company. Clients and colleagues alike will trust you to lead them into corners of the digital landscape that didn’t even exist when you started your career, and you will be excited to take them there.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
7+ years’ experience, working on multi-market and big brand accounts as an Account Director or Senior Account Director
Have your finger on the pulse and are the first to know of the latest trends, the go to for what’s cool and an authority on how to get cut through with creative. You can identify reactive/news-jacking moments, platform updates and can be a voice for all things digital across the business and to our clients
You not only have experience working on influencer campaigns but enjoy staying up to date with the latest in the influencer world, as well as the big and emerging platforms
Strong practical knowledge and understanding of all social channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and TikTok
Enjoy leading and contributing effectively to new business pitches and organic growth opportunities by identifying areas of opportunity across social and digital, providing data and insights into the platforms, features and approaches we could be using and including in our proposals. In addition to supporting the team in the delivery of other research to support new business initiatives.
Hands-on experience managing client accounts, from taking a brief and organising the team to planning responses and activating live campaigns
Ability to explain social and paid media data, analysis and reporting
Ability to craft social copy (long and shortform), as well as mentor more junior team members to hone their skills
Relevant experience with B2C and B2B digital marketing, across verticals such as Tech, Health, Influencer, Corp-Rep/ESG
Ensuring accurate and timely contributions to your key accounts: brief responses, campaign management, content plans, creative assets, campaign analysis, reporting and more – to the high professional standards that our clients expect
Supporting the work of more junior members of the team, providing basic training and guidance where required
Managing and nurturing client relationships – you will often be the main point of contact and will be required to contribute to client meetings, supporting the wider team in presentations and escalating any client issues to the senior team
Working collaboratively across practices and internal teams and being an active advocate of our digital services, contributing to internal education and explanation through regular discussion and involvement in training
Working closely with the Zeno design team, as well as external suppliers, making sure that briefs and timelines are communicated effectively, and outputs are to the standard required and that we push our work creatively
Leading on content plans, content creation and content shoots on behalf of clients
Manage projects to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget and exceed expectations
A strong understanding and knowledge of paid amplification across all channels is key, with the ability to drive the execution of paid content promotion and campaign activation on key social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok) a nice to have
Proficiency in content creation – you’re able to capture ad-hoc content comfortably through all platforms to a high standard and being able to guide wider teams and clients on best practice
