We’re delighted to be working with this fast growing agency to find them a Digital Project Manager.
We need someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced industry and work to tight deadlines. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a good knowledge of production processes across various disciplines, who understands the bigger picture and how optimised projects affect company growth.
This position exists to drive efficiencies in the overall project development process, to ensure the project is produced on time, to specification, within budget and to the right quality.
The successful candidate will work in a cross functional team, to ensure delivery of the project and partners with Account Service to communicate and manage client expectations.
You will need experience working in a creative agency and a strong working knowledge of shopper, eCommerce, experiential, digital and social combined with:
A proven track record of managing integrated projects
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision making skills
Ability to commit and deliver on all project deliverables within the specified budget
Excellent ability to manage client expectations
Ability to foresee potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Ability to handle contingencies and minimise the effects of unexpected risks to the project
Exceptional organisational skills
Good time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Efficiency of systems and process
Good knowledge of project management software
Thorough knowledge of all web technologies, production and new media
Experience in successfully managing new media project budgets and schedules
Good production knowledge and ability to proactively identify challenges and recommend solutions
An understanding of SCRUM as a project delivery system
Experience using JIRA and other Atlassian apps
Ability to balance many needs; be detailed orientated while tracking and organising many resources
It is essential that you can demonstrate solid experience in a Digital Project Manager role at a creative advertising or marketing agency to be considered for this position.
