Change Digital Recruitment is seeking a Digital Product Owner on behalf of a well-established UK retail bank with a trusted and recognisable brand. This organisation provides retail and commercial banking services and maintain a high street network as well digital and telephony banking channels.

This organisation is committed to developing and delivering a best-in-class digital customer experience through Mobile apps, Internet Bank, Conversational Banking, and cloud hosting propositions. Based in London this role will be responsible for delivering world class digital experiences to their customers through the Mobile application and Internet Bank.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading teams to deliver change to mobile application and Internet banking services, enabling the organisation to achieve its digital vision and transform customer experience
• Work with and lead offshore delivery squads, coaching your teams to grow into their roles and become the best they can be
• Work to maximise the value of deliveries to both customers and the organisation

Experience and skills

• Strong agile product delivery experience – Using various methodologies (eg Scrum, Kanban) with experience of Product Ownership, or a similar role, working with Scrum teams or in an Agile environment
• People leadership – You will be passionate about leading and coaching people, having led teams both directly and through Matrix
• Stakeholder management – Management of, and collaboration with, stakeholders (business and technical) to ensure we are working as one team
• Off-Shore Teams – You will have experience of partnering with off-shore teams in order to deliver high quality digital change
• Passion for Digital – Ultimately, you will be a digital advocate who is passionate about making a difference to our customers
