Digital Product Manager, Telco software product

Hybrid – London – Permanent – £80k + bonus + car allowance

We’re delighted to be working with a leading digital marketplace who are looking for a talented Product specialist, ideally with some telco/call software experience.

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled and technically-minded Product Manager. Your responsibilities will involve enhancing existing features and implementing new integrations for both web (B2C) and app (B2B) platforms.

The role:

• Take ownership of product strategy and roadmap end-end
• Identify epics and create user stories
• Work closely with BA’s on requirement gathering to ascertain opportunities for fixes and enhancements that drive optimization and improved conversion
• Serve as the go-to source for market insights, competitor analysis and customer needs
• Manage live-service changes and enhancements of search and call products
• Deliver immediate fixes and additional integrations

What we’re looking for:

• Technical Product Management expertise, preferably with experience in call/telecoms products
• Marketplace background is a bonus
• In-depth understanding of the entire product life cycle, as well as agile methodologies and user experience
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to various audiences at different levels
