Digital Platform Director – Leading Boutique Consultancy – London + Flexible Working – £120,000 – £140,000 + £60k OTE

A truly unique opportunity has arisen to join one of the fastest-growing consultancies in the country at Director level.

This consultancy boasts a remarkable Digital Platform offering for its clients, allowing them to use state-of-the-art data analytics tools to drive efficiencies across their business. This position will lead this entire vertical, reporting directly into the CTO, assuming responsibility for the growth of the area within the business as well as improving its delivery to both new and existing clients!

In recent years, the Digital Platform team has been the fastest growing area within the consultancy due to the continued demand for the platform across all client sectors. This means that the successful applicant is inheriting an already successful function that now wants to focus on innovation, allowing you to be truly creative in the way you manage the growth strategy for the digital platform.

Sales will also play a large part in this role and you will be a key part in the commercialization of the platform, not only by focusing on the continuous improvement of the platform but also interacting with new high-profile clients as the Digital Platform SME. Expected sales for the first year will be upwards of £2mil and you will be more than suitably compensated for achieving these targets!

Digital Platform Director, Required Background: –

• Experience within Management Consultancy is essential, ideally having had a focus on Data Science, Digital Transformation, Cloud-based Architecture Implementation, SI or BI
• Any exposure to AI, Automation or Robotics is beneficial but not essential
• Success in a sales-focused role – ideally selling software (procurement or enterprise)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at a senior level
• Knowledge of BI dashboarding and ETL tools
• Strong academic record (2.1 degree or above is beneficial but not essential)
