The Digital Marketing Executive role:
The Marketing department sits at the very heart of the business, providing marketing tools, best practice and expertise for the three areas. As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be a key part of a small team driving growth, as well as exploring new opportunities to engage our members and clients to drive positive sustainable change.
Proven experience devising, implementing and analysing the performance of digital marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive conversions will be required for you to succeed in this role.
Our Old Street (London) office has a cosy lounge, café bar, gym, and rooftop terrace. This role is hybrid, but we expect the candidate to collaborate with the team in our London office at least one day a week and when required.
What your day might look like:
+ Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
+ Executing digital marketing strategies (marketing automation, email, social media, SEO, PPC)
+ Producing content and managing content calendars
+ Designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting digital marketing initiatives
+ Planning and executing engaging online webinars for increased brand visibility
+ Identifying user behaviour; advising and developing strategies to improve effectiveness of digital marketing activities
+ Managing the production of videos
+ Conducting market research to identify trends and competitor activities
+ Supporting the Head of Marketing to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and awards that enhance brand visibility and align with brand values
+ Supporting the Head of Marketing with any additional marketing activities as outlined in the marketing strategy, including coordinating and managing the launch of new initiatives
+ Advocating for digital marketing by training other team members on best practice and producing supportive guides
+ Managing brand guidelines ensuring brand alignment in all initiatives
About You:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including marketing automation, email marketing, social media, SEO and PPC
+ Demonstrable work experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns
+ Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools
+ Solid experience of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Analytical, commercially astute, self-reliant with the ability to work on your own initiative
+ Proactive approach with a “can do” attitude
+ Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
+ Highly organised with excellent project management skills
+ Strategic thinker with good strategic planning and vision
+ Well-honed communication skills
+ A passion for sustainability
+ Prior experience in a consultancy, agency or SaaS (Software as a Service) business
