Digital Fundraising ManagerDiocese of WestminsterCentral London, (Hybrid Working Offered)Salary £44,000Charity People are delighted to be working in partnership with the Diocese of Westminster to recruit a Digital Fundraising Manager to focus on helping parishes to increase regular giving and other income from parishioners, and for developing the digital fundraising and engagement strategy. Heading up their work to serve the 200+ parishes around the Diocese, you’ll be working with the parish priests and their teams of volunteers to grow their weekly income, through regular giving, contactless giving and various other channels.Reporting to the Director of Development, you will work to develop and manage a digital fundraising strategy, maximising opportunities to raise funds via digital platforms, including websites and social media. Using your digital marketing experience you’ll implement and oversee the email engagement strategy, working closely with fundraising and programme colleagues to develop messages;With strong relationship skills, you’ll work with external suppliers, such as freelance writers and designers, to ensure the highest possible quality of digital output is created. Furthermore, you’ll work closely with the Supporter Care team and other Fundraising colleagues to develop and enhance supporter journeys, while also ensuring parishes have access to adequate reporting, e.g. for contactless and online giving. In addition to this, this role has one direct report.The CandidateExperience of developing and implementing community fundraising, individual giving or digital fundraising strategiesDemonstrable track record of raising funds from individuals and meeting income targetsExperience of producing inspiring and engaging materials for a range of donor communications, whether writing and designing yourself or working with writers and designersExperience of developing and organising a range of donor cultivation events or initiativesExperience of using CRM databases to maintain donor contact history and prepare management informationLine management experienceStrong presentation and communications skills with the confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders, including volunteers, senior staff and trusteesProven ability to form good working relationships and to motivate and coordinate colleagues across the organisationA strong team player who is confident, reliable, creative, self-motivated and target drivenGood organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and work on own initiativeCharity People are managing all applications for this role, interested applicants should send their CV in the first instance.Charity People actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.
