My Client is a rapidly growing UK Law Firm, aiming to be ranked top 60 by revenue, with multiple UK Offices.
Your new role
You will be the focal point in the London Office, overseeing IT Operations/Escalations and providing top quality on-site, hands on Support to all End Users.
What you’ll need to succeed
– Minimum of two years experience in a professional services environment
– The ability to resolve a range of IT issues quickly and efficiently for stakeholders at all levels of the business
– Solid O365/Cloud/Citrix/Network troubleshooting knowledge
– Outstanding customer service ability
– Willingness to be the focal IT point in the London Office and be in 5 days a week (No remote working)
