Design Coach | Consultancy | part time

I am looking to speak to experienced UX Design Coaches for an upcoming contract with a consultancy. You will be expected to support the design leadership and help set up a single operating model.

We are looking for someone who has experience with;
– Design operating model creation, requirements, and associated key documentation.
– Extensive consultancy/agency experience whilst working on projects across public and private sector end clients.
– Coaching team members from junior to leadership roles on best practices within UX and Operating Models.
– Conducting workshops and team meetings alongside technology leadership, not just UX teams.
– Proven record of organising design teams to meet client demand.
– Top-class stakeholder management.

This contract will be starting mid-September for an initial 10 weeks on a part time basis and remote.

We expect this contract to be outside IR35 (SDS to be completed soon).
