Deployment Engineer – Inside IR35 Full Time

GTS has an exciting IT Contract for a London Deployment Engineer. 6-month contract but this may be extended.

This is a site-based contract role and is inside IR35. As a result, this role is suited to umbrella contractors only.

Contractors will need to have a valid DBS certificate and 5 years referenceable UK working history.

A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Providing support for installing and configuring IT assets
Supporting and setting up of IT assets including POS, Thin clients, desktops, laptops, printers, Label printers, Scanners, and IT peripherals
Co-ordinate with Service Desk, Operations Managers and Tower Leads for issue resolution and service requests
Maintain and report hardware asset stock

IDEALLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BELOW KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

Experience in supporting mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, etc.) and MDM
Knowledge of Networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Links
Working experience in Microsoft technologies Windows 7 & 10 and O365, MS Teams
Experience in supporting performance and client-related issues resolutions
Good understanding of Asset management
Previous experience working airside
