Role: Data Scientist Lead

Contract inside IR35

Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Location: hybrid in London (twice per week, 3 days remote)

Data Science Lead with statistical modelling experience with hands-on experience using Python and Pyspark (Mandatory)

Experience in developing Churn Model, KPI Forecasting Models, Predictive Modelling (few examples)

Good experience in collecting small/large amounts of data using analytical, statistical, and programmable skills. Use data to develop solutions tailored to meet the organization’s unique needs.

Highly curious, able to question data and its quality in the context in which it is being used

Understanding of Data governance – setting internal standards, data policies ex. how data is gathered, stored, processed, and disposed of. Following all internal governance procedures (PIA process etc)

Support Junior offshore TYL FTE resource in terms of Code Review, share Best Practices etc.,

Understanding of BFSI, Payment’s domains.

Collaborate effectively with other teams (Data Engineering, Dev-ops, QA, MLOPS).

Seeking associate having Msc in Statistics from prestigious university. (This is desirable but not essential)
