What the role involves – Recruitment Consultant

• Writing job adverts for our various clients
• Initial screening calls with candidates and assessing their suitability for our roles
• Conducting video interviews with potential candidates
• Leading client calls and finding out about their hiring requirements
• Once promoted, helping to train new Resourcers
• Being a team player and willing to go the extra mile for a colleague!
