These are what make us such a great team, working together as one to achieve our vision.The roleWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Data and Performance Manager in Camden.Salary: £50,000 – £52,000 per annum Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with colleagues in defining Data Governance standards, policies and processes which will be used by the Data Governance Board to maintain the good quality of regulatory data.
• Facilitating and supporting the Director of Customer Operations in delivering Data sets and Data analysis results in timely manner to meet internal and external reporting requests.
• Developing organisational performance indicators related to service quality and performance by working with relevant cross-departmental teams to identify methods to collect and analyse such indicators.
• Developing and maintaining a process for gathering, validating, and analysing performance information relating to corporate plans/strategies, key policies and procedures, service standards, effectiveness, and risk.
• Supporting the delivery of the Statistical Data Return each year.
• Developing a clear understanding and achievable annual work plan that illustrates forthcoming priorities based on analysis of available data and intelligence.
• Being responsible for providing quality assurance by performing requirements management and running UAT

What you will need to succeedWe are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly. The successful candidate will have:

• Experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent position within a Housing environment
• Experience of working with Housing Management systems
• Experience of working in a complex housing environment
• Experience with either SQL, Python, R programming and Power BI, or equivalent data analysis tools
• Extensive experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Visio or other process mapping software
• Proven experience of working within a waterfall and an Agile delivery environment, having developed user stories and use cases to aid the development of ICT systems
• Degree educated in business administration, computer science, and finance or information systems or Housing or equivalent
• The ability to analyse and clearly capture business requirement
