The Philharmonia Orchestra
The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking to appoint a Data and Insight Manager. This role will be focused on developing the organisation-wide data strategy project, with the aim of improving the collection, collation, and analysis of data to inform business decision making and reporting. Key objectives include: Leading on reporting and data capture according to business objectives and funding commitments Leading on audience surveying and analysis Working cross-departmentally to optimise Tessitura/CRM platforms to ensure best practice and to build the broadest understanding of audiences and stakeholders Developing reports, dashboards and data visualisations which display data, insight and progress Working closely with the Development team to support applications and reports for fundraising, using data to help in the case for support Working closely with the Learning & Engagement team to measure the impact of activities The successful candidate will have a background in data analysis, with strong expertise in synthesising data to present actionable insights. They should be experienced in engaging a range of stakeholders in data and insight projects, to ensure that data and audience are at the heart of the organisation. We operate a hybrid working practice, with a minimum of three days in the office. The role will be primarily based at our administrative office in Southwark, London SE1; however, some travel within London and to other UK (and international) locations will be required.
