Data Analytics Lead – Specialty Insurance – London/Hybrid

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing specialty insurer based in the City of London, requires an experienced Data Analytics Lead to join their team. As Data Analytics Lead you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity and as such will be responsible for collecting and analysing data using specialist tools and analytics, to spot inaccurate data, analyse trends and anomalies, and help improve data accuracy and trust across the business.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+years experience analysing data/producing MI reports within Commercial/Speciality lines insurance;
• Proven ability to analyse, model, and interpret data;
• Ability to understand what is driving data issues, correct the issues, and provide resolution/recommendations and solutions;
• Strong focus on data quality, data integrity, and process improvement; and
• Good technical skills in Excel and SQL.
