We are working with a global client seeking a Cyber Security Senior Engineer (Incident Response) for their expanding Information Security team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in an Incident Response/Security Operations Center (SOC) role. The position involves managing and configuring detection engineering and MS Defender/Sentinel tools, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of threat actor techniques and Microsoft Security suite (MDC, MDI, MDCA, MDO, Azure networking)
• Expertise in KQL is essential
• Experience with Logic Apps
• Experience leading international security incidents
• Proven experience integrating Microsoft products with third-party services
• Ability to create automated workflows
• Stakeholder management skills
• Certifications such as SC200, AZ500, and CISSP are highly desirable

The position is mainly remote, with 1-2 office visits per month. It offers a salary of up to £80,000 per annum.
