Your Role and Responsibilities
Looking for a dynamic security leader to join Kyndryl’s CISO organization under the pillar of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) as we help drive an improved security posture at Kyndryl. This is a demanding role, and the candidate will be responsible for driving organizational change in the cyber security space, including all communications and education to all of Kyndryl to drive this change. This candidate will manage multiple senior communications and education focals in the US and globally.
This lead role will drive all communications and education from the CISO. This will include both changes to and the roll out of 2023 Kyndryl Cyber Security Education including establishing a new monthly education program. All crisis communications through the established ThreatCon program as well a drive the organizational change for several key new programs that the CISO will launch in 2023.
We’re looking for a capable organizational change leader with proven record of delivering programs.
Responsibilities of this Cyber Compliance & Supplier Security Risk Management Manager role include:
• Provide strategic direction in organizational change for the launch of all new CISO programs.
• Oversee security communications to all Kyndryls.
• Collaborate and work with stakeholders for successful delivery of the programs (primary stakeholders include leadership from: within the CISO, Practices, Cyber Legal, and Corporate Privacy.
• Will report into the Governance, Education and Communications Management lead under Kyndryl CISO.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5+ years of proven organizational change experience.
• Thought leader in creative way to drive organizational change.
• Expertise in data management, communications and education programs.
• Strong knowledge in driving and executing globally divers programs.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, laws, and standards.
• Experience managing a team of senior professionals.
• Experience with cybersecurity metrics, dashboards and managing performance effectiveness and improvement.
• Experience in working with diverse cross geography teams.
• Self-motivated individual, comfortable working without close supervision while able to manage to deadlines.
• Team player with proven ability to build strong cross-business relationships.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills written and oral; confident in interaction with senior management (both technology and business).
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• 7 or more years of organizational change management experience.
• 2 or more years of cyber security experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing large scale programs.
