Cyber Security Manager

Hybrid working – 50% in office/home

Location: London, Cambridge or Birmingham

Our client is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager who is committed to proactively managing security and risk across the firm. The successful candidate should be ambitious and passionate about safeguarding the firm’s data security, have experience in senior-level security management and specialise in Cyber Security, as well as have in-depth experience of ISO27001 and related specifications.

Reporting in to the CISO, the successful candidate will need to exercise judgement within a broad framework and have strong planning and organisational skills. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and problem solving skills that will support and drive the required change within the client’s organisation.

• Responsible for overall development and delivery of the Information Security strategy.
• Budget and cost responsibility for Information security activities.
• Ensuring Information Security policies and standards are up-to-date and relevant.
• Experience in developing risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate risks.
• Experience in developing and implementing Information Security technologies.
• Strong initiative, adaptable to changing environments and must have Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven experience in ISO27001 is essential.
• Cyber Essential Plus would be an advantage
