Requirements:
Experience in a similar or customer-oriented role, preferably in a similar SaaS company
– You are a team player with strong communication skills
– You are fluent in English and German
– You are a natural, consultative person with a sales-driven mindset
– High IT affinity and interest in e-commerce
Responsibilities:
– As a Customer Success Manager – located in London, Munich or Salzburg – you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of some of our fastest growing customers. The goal is to keep these customers happy, renew them successfully and grow the portfolio so that the net dollar retention rate is more than 105%.
– Support and manage our existing customers
– Develop and improve relationships with our customers
– Planning and execution of customer campaigns together with our Marketing team
– Administration of customer data in our CRM system Salesforce
– Find growth opportunities within the existing portfolio
– Successfully renew customers
– Implement business reviews across portfolio
