Global is one of the world’s leading Media & Entertainment groups, and Global’s Creative Outdoor department is a newly created team that has the vision to become a centre of creative consultation and development. We are responsible for drive the innovation and creativity agenda for Global internally and externally and raising the bar for creativity in outdoor by focusing on ‘moving’ people.
In the context of an increasingly competitive marketplace, it is vital that we maintain a competitive advantage through an improved service to our clients – both internal (Commercial) & external (advertisers & agencies).
As a Project Manager you will be the first point of contact for all our briefs coming into the team and help manage these jobs from brief to delivery. You will be working with the Creative team and to the wider Commercial Team, its advertisers and clients and help with administrative support for all these stakeholders.
You’ll provide end to end project management throughout the project lifecycle – through initial briefing, estimating and budgeting, to scheduling, production and delivery, and all the admin that goes on post-delivery. This will involve building processes and streamlining current process to find the best way of creating this.
Typical administrative duties will include managing team spreadsheets, processing invoices, raising POs, input data in company systems.Production support may include sourcing the right talent for the specific brief, booking them, and manage back and forth. Opportunity to be part of developing new products to market from ideation to execution and implementation.
