Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a Conversational AI Developer, you work on innovative customer experience projects in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning.
It is your passion to create, maintain and improve the ‘brain’ of the bot. You are used to working in a pioneering position driving innovative change and you are an important point of contact and actively involved with stakeholders and project management.
You will be responsible for designing, building and managing the conversational flows.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Solving conversational issues is really your thing as a Conversational AI Developer and with the help of NLP you are able to deliver great added value to improving customer experience.
In addition, you have:
• Experience with customer experience or online optimisation is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of NLP technologies (eg Google DF, IBM Watson, MS LUIS, RASA);
• New NLP-based ideas on how existing Intent Classification can continue be enhanced and scaled up;
• Experience as a Full Stack developer is an advantage;
• Analytical capabilities to extract insights from data;
• Understanding of API led microservices architecture
• Familiarity with one or more conversational AI platforms would be an advantage
