NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR A BUSINESS CHANGE CONSULTANT IN LONDON FOR A GLOBALLY LEADING CONSULTANCY (MUST HOLD eDV CLEARANCE)

• Contract opportunity for a Business Change specialist to work for a leading consultancy working on intelligence projects.
• Must have enhanced DV clearance to start
• Outside IR35 – Day rate is DOE Highly Flexible for the right candidate
• 12 Month rolling contract
• London-based in an easily accessible location (Hybrid Working)

WHAT WILL THE BUSINESS CHANGE CONSULTANT BE DOING?

This is a unique opportunity for a change specialist to lead and manage technology centred change projects for central government clients, you will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across strategy business design and change management to identify and assess impacts of technological change on business processes, systems and organisational structures.

THE BUSINESS CHANGE CONSULTANT SHOULD HAVE:

• Active eDV Clearance
• Strong experience in Business Change
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Ability to create collaborative environments
• Ability to combine strong technical knowledge with excellent personal skills
• Certifications such as PROSCI/APMG Change Management Practitioner/MSP accreditation or equivalent accreditation desirable but not essential.
