Cloud Security Engineer – The company

This growing fintech/financial services business with a truly global client base. With operations in Europe, USA and APAC this is an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Security Engineer to join a thriving and rapidly expanding business

Cloud Security Engineer – The Role

The successful Cloud Security Engineer will:

– Be responsible for implementing secure cloud architecture in a multi-cloud environment, with a strong emphasis on Azure

– Develop and ensure that Security standards and policies are adhered to throughout the cloud teams

– Monitor the cloud estate for any potential breaches and react to incidents accordingly

– Ensure that industry regulations are adhered to across the cloud security function

Cloud Security Engineer – You Profile

To be successful in your application for the Cloud Security Engineer you will:

– Have hands-on experience in cloud security, preferably in a financial services role

– Show proven success in security engineering Azure

– Demonstrate experience in terraform or other IAC languages

– Be adept at implementing and managing cloud security controls

– Possess advanced Kubernetes knowledge and strong CI/CD security knowledge

– Be capable of resolving issues, and creating rules for the development team to ensure that the same issues are not repeated in other areas.
