With exciting new opportunities in the Bristol, London and Manchester region, we are looking to attract the brightest and best talent into our Business Consulting and Transformation practice. As a Change Management Consultant/Business Change Consultant, you will be working on large, complex and exciting projects, client facing, in and around the Briatol, London and Manchester area.

The successful candidate will be dynamic, engaging and will excel when working alongside clients. It is essential you possess effective stakeholder skills and problem – solving ability. A great candidate will work with our clients from day one, helping them survive and thrive while displaying leadership to help them solve and navigate different problems. As this is a consultancy role, travel may be required for some assignments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years + Change Management/Business Change
• Proven experience in delivering organisational and people change
• Experience of working in a project delivery environment
• Experience in working with stakeholders in technology-led transformation, across strategy, business design and change management.
• Experience in delivering transformational change
• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients
• APMG Change Management Practitioner OR PROSCI Practitioner or MSP accreditation desirable but not essential.
