CAFM Systems Administrator Full Time

Are you an experienced CAFM Software professional looking for a new challenge? Would you like to be the face of CAFM software for one of the UK’s highest profile Real Estate Businesses? Do you have a hands on proactive approach to problem solving? Can you demonstrate excellent communication skills and are comfortable liaising with variety of technical and non technical stakeholders?

This is a high profile role that will have extensive liaison with a number of key stakeholders across the business from building managers, senior management and third party technology partners requiring strong communication skills and the ability to influence change. As the successful applicant you will own the CAFM system (Concept Evolution) alongside standalone mobile applications and time management systems, key responsibilities will include the administration of, new contracts, buildings, users, resources, report generation etc.Updating of asset data within the CAFM system, including the collation and import of new building asset registers.You will work with software partners to ensure that the CAFM systems are up to date and facilitate any upgrades and liaise with the IT department to resolve issues in relation to CAFM system when required.You will also be responsible for training and support of the CAFM system across the business.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate previous experience managing a CAFM System from a technology perspective, if you have experience of Concept Evolution Software that would be beneficial.We are looking for a candidate with a broad understanding of technology who can work alongside technical stakeholders to drive improvements to the system at both the front and Back End.Previous experience with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports would also be beneficial.
