Sanas is building a world’s first, Real Time accent conversion platform. We have developed a solution with the help of the minds behind Shazam, Siri, and Nuance. Our first deployment horizon is centered on customer service centers to increase customer satisfaction and decrease average-handling time, training costs, and turnover. With our machine learning algorithm, accent conversion can be done in Real Time, resulting in increased understanding and decreased customer service costs.

We are a 50-person company founded in 2020. We have signed contracts worth tens of millions of dollars and are backed by Insight Ventures, Google Ventures, General Catalyst, Quiet Capital, and Index Ventures.

With all the growth, we are looking for highly talented C#, .NET developers to join our desktop application team. We deploy our Real Time accent conversion algorithm using a desktop application with a virtual audio cable that routes speech through our machine learning algorithm into whichever communication platform our users choose for speech. We are looking for a candidate who could help further improve and optimize our desktop application as we scale our product to tens of thousands of customers.

We are looking for a fully remote candidate.

Must have

• 4+ years of software development experience
• BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical degrees
• Experience with C#, .NET, C++
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You have led a team and coached junior team members on best practices

Nice to have

• Experience planning sprints
• Experienced interacting with executives and senior members
• Have experience with infrastructure and DevOps
• Passionate about their work, take ownership, and deliver results
