C++ Developer / Software Engineer Hybrid WfH . Are you a data centric C++ Developer with a love of sport? You could be combining the two whilst continually learning and developing your career at a growing software house.
As a C++ Developer you’ll work on a complex data analytics product used by sports teams across a range of disciplines to deliver live data analysis and predictions, pre-event planning and post event review with a focus on the football product.
Joining a supportive Agile development team as a C++ Developer you will design and develop new features and enhancements to the core data centric platform developed in C++ on Windows, Linux and MacOS. The software processes multiple video, audio and data streams then synchronises them and provides data visualisations for things like TV broadcasting as well helping teams to win and the organisers and officials to manage events. They already have an impressive client list and have ambitious growth plans.
Driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home, with plans to make a gradual return to the Central London offices where you can enjoy a casual dress code, motivated team atmosphere and continued flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
Requirements:
You have C++ development skills, ideally across a range of OS e.g. Windows, Linux, MacOS, but any one of them is fine
You have a good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patters, Algorithms
You’re familiar with Agile development methodologies
You have a personal interest in football and enjoy all the data and stats around it
You’re degree educated, Computer Science preferred, 2.1 or above combined with A-level mathematics
