Business Transformation Manager – (Must have tax & Accounting Experience)

An accountancy and business advisory firm who provide integrated advice and solutions to help businesses navigate a changing world.

This company operates in 17 locations across the UK, employing 7,000 people offering tax, audit and assurance, and a range of advisory services.

Your new role

• You will be involved with drilling down into the companies policies and procedures within the tax stream. Looking at them, and critically evaluating them.
• You will be looking at whether they are fit for purpose, and then be required to liaise with people within the business as well as stakeholders, thinking about where they want to be with the policies and procedures and looking at implementing new ones.
• You will be creating and managing feedback channels, eg, co-ordinating networks of relevant champions

What you’ll need to succeed

• Must have accountancy and tax Knowledge (Essential)
• Must have project management experience
• Analytical and able to form logical paths based on gathered evidence
• Organisational skills to help manage and delivery sections of a project
• Pragmatic and delivery-focused
• Effective communicator able to influence at all levels of organisation

What you’ll get in return

£65,000 – £70,000 salary
