Our client, a global eCommerce retailer, is seeking an IT Trainer to join their operations team. This role involves delivering training on a range of tools, supporting the onboarding/offboarding process, and ensuring the adoption of innovative learning programs. You’ll also assist with ticket triage and troubleshooting while adapting global training materials for regional needs.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
• Familiarity with both Legacy systems and modern tools
• Hands-on experience in training facilitation and content creation.
