What’s the role
We are looking for a Business Director to lead a portfolio of clients and inspire, motivate, and develop a multi-disciplined team to deliver the very best. You will act as the senior client contact developing strong partnerships through impeccable relationship management, strategic guidance, and leadership skills. Being a trusted advisor, you will seek to understand the needs of our partners and bring together the right skills within the team to shape and develop compelling client strategies and meticulous delivery of these to go above and beyond the expectations of the client.

The hard measures for the success of this role will be measured in client satisfaction (CSAT scores and RR%), client retention, meeting budgeted revenue, delivering existing client growth, and new business. Happiness and retention of your team (the hive) will also be a key factor of your role.
