The end client has embarked on a major programme of cost reduction subsequent to benchmarking and other relevant cost reduction exercises. It has now requested my client to partner with it to implement and deliver all the necessary activities to effect the reductions required.
We now require to augment the team with 2 Business Analysts that have demonstrable experience in the development and set up of the necessary transformation office (PMO type) and subsequently formulate and deliver the processes, practices and regulatory changes emanating to achieve the stated cost reduction objectives.
