Business Analysts with PMO capabilities Full Time

The end client has embarked on a major programme of cost reduction subsequent to benchmarking and other relevant cost reduction exercises. It has now requested my client to partner with it to implement and deliver all the necessary activities to effect the reductions required.

We now require to augment the team with 2 Business Analysts that have demonstrable experience in the development and set up of the necessary transformation office (PMO type) and subsequently formulate and deliver the processes, practices and regulatory changes emanating to achieve the stated cost reduction objectives.

Primary team responsibilities for all members

• Create trusted relationships with all executives to ensure that any robust challenge is well received and acted upon after mutual agreement.

• Architecture the environment to ensure that all parts activity is effectively coordinated.

• Proactively identify risks and issues and manage these effectively.

• Establish relevant and effective governance that meet the objectives agreed at Board level.

• Ensure the delivery of the programme on time and to the agreed budget.
