This is a short-term role to support a project within the adult social care (ASC) transformation programme.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and skilled business analyst who will lead on identifying and recording existing processes and procedures within people’s overall journey from first contact/referral, through their engagement with ASC and to their eventual disposition, which might be to other services, long-term care packages or to an independent life.
The successful candidate will be expected to bring the ability to work constructively in a dynamic team and to develop and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders while producing very high quality, accurate, clear and usable process maps to a challenging timetable.

Wide ranging experience of business process analysis, design and presentation.
Experience of working with complex teams and with experienced service experts from across disciplines
Experience of working in a local government or other public sector environment.
