The organisation: We are delighted to be partnering with a well-known children’s charity to find them a Brand Project Manager to join them for a 12 month contract. This is an incredibly exciting rebrand project that will involve the delivery of four phases of work, from insight gathering through to the roll out of a new brand. Key responsibilities: Act as a key member of the Brand and Marketing team, delivering an incredibly exciting yearlong project to rebrand Create the necessary documentation and project set up to manage the project Manage, communicate and mitigate risks throughout the project Deliver on the project’s KPIs, milestones and goals, providing regular updates to key stakeholders Engage stakeholders at every level of the organisation to successfully land and deliver the rebrand project, through an engagement plan Engage a wide breadth of external stakeholders to successfully deliver the project, through an engagement plan Engage core audiences within the charity, such as their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Voice and Influence teams, to ensure the rebrand is embedded in the breadth of the organisation’s work Engage young people, decision makers, commissioners and volunteers with the work and project to gain insight Manage the project budget effectively, within the scope of the project Engagement of decision-makers within the organisation to enable approval and sign off at project milestones Presenting to and communicating with senior stakeholders on the progress of the project Managing the day to day relationships with agencies and external partners to deliver a scope of work, across four phases Management of user research, desk research and qual/quant research to develop brand strategy Management of the creative phase of the project, to deliver the new brand expression – e.g. logo, strapline, brand guidelines, tone of voice Person specification: Extensive experience of project management of a similar project or product Experience of leading on a rebrand or major brand refresh at a charity Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills – key contacts will include the CEO, Trustees and Directors Good understanding of audience research, user testing and audience segmentation Experience of working on projects which require creative development and a solid understanding of brand architecture Advanced knowledge of project management, within a creative, marketing or brand environment Strong knowledge of budget management Experience of developing and managing user insight and testing with creative, concept or messaging development Experience of working with agencies and third-parties to deliver a project What’s on offer: This role is offering a salary of £41,000 – £54,000 for this 12 month fixed term contract.
