Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for BI solutions.
Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Create and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the data warehouse.
Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integrity, security, and performance of BI solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and data analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Certification in BI or related field.
