Leading provider of global investment research is seeking a Backend C# Engineer to head up a team of 4 Developers, 2 QAs, and a DevOps Engineer who are working to deliver a new real-time market data platform built in the latest .Net technology. You will work closely with your team to ensure that they are working efficiently and delivering frequently, have regular 1 to 1s and catch-ups, and will be involved in the recruitment process to build out a successful team around you.

Requirements:

You have a background in development using C#, .Net
You have experience leading a team of 5 – 10 technologists
You are skilled in creating a happy, collaborative, and successful technology team that continually develop their knowledge and skillset
You have a good understand of Cloud including AWS
You have knowledge of CI/CD, BDD, and TDD
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
