Requirements:
Azure Expertise: Showcase your expertise in enterprise-level Cloud solutions, with a focus on Azure.
Problem-Solving Pro: Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivery skills.
ITIL Savvy: Bring in-depth knowledge of ITIL support processes to the table.
Versatility: Proven experience with third-party system implementation and support.
Project Management Prowess: Familiarity with structured project management methods (SDLC, Prince, Agile).
Cutting-Edge Exposure: Have hands-on exposure to Cloud (Azure) and SaaS-based solutions.
