AWS Data Solution Architect – UK Wide – Hybrid
Salary: 85,000 – 100,000 – Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare
Location: London / UK Wide Location – Hybrid working

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

We specialise on using the latest frameworks, reference architectures and technologies using AWS, Azure and GCP and continue to grow and are looking for talented individuals who want to increase the value of the data and analytics in organisations you have come to the right place.

The Role: We are looking for strong AWS Solution Architects who are passionate and focused on data solutions and AWS technology and who ideally have skills in many of the following areas:

• Shaping and owning the end-to-end AWS data solutions, you will be expected to provide leadership and direction to technical teams whilst managing key client delivery stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities and offerings through AWS data technologies for client delivery and services.

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance through knowledge and experience to colleagues.

• Key Skills and Experience

• Has demonstrable experience of designing architectures and leading technical delivery for Data focused AWS projects

• Knowledge of other Cloud Platforms and SaaS offerings such as Azure, GCP, Snowflake & Databricks

• Relevant industry recognised certifications, such as TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect etc

• Experience of delivering projects using relevant Data Architectural paradigms such as Kimball, Data Vault, Data Mesh, Lakehouse

• Demonstrable knowledge of key AWS services such as S3, EMR, Redshift, Athena, Lambda

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Desirable:

AWS Certifications are highly desirable – AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Expert / Associate etc.
