Asset Data Coordinator – BIM/Inside IR35 – Birmingham

£350 per day (all inclusive) which may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed.

Asset Data Cooridnator required for a leading client based in London/Birmingham. My client is currently seeking an Asset Data Coordinator to come on board to report to the Asset Information Systems Manager, this role will support the client in the form of asset information data management and all related activities. The role requires strong asset information skills across many disciplines for design, construction and operations and maintenance.

• Strong Asset Data experience
• Extensive Coordinator experience and knowledge
• Infrastructure Directorate is accountable for specifying requirements that result in an operational railway and deliver the overall benefits promised in the business case and outcomes specified in the Development Agreement.
• Responsible for management of data exchanges of suppliers within the clients Common Data Environment, with particular focus on asset data.
• Data management, and data quality & assurance experience throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Knowledge of asset data and ontologies
• Data content and production management
• Data quality techniques and data assurance processes
• knowledge of stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of BIM Processes as outlined in ISO19650 and related industry standards
• Knowledge of Data Interoperability
• Knowledge Data Protection and Security
• Automation (Scripts and processes)
• Knowledge of Information governance
• Awareness of Data Integration, Analytics and Visualisation
• Experience of working with open formats to enable data interoperability and encourage a software agnostic approach.
• Experience of raising awareness of Digital Engineering, delivering briefing sessions and providing support throughout an organisation and its supply chain.
