My client who are leaders in their field are looking for a Product Architect to be responsible for driving an innovative Cloud First strategy that works to optimise the private and public cloud environments, reduce complexity and implement high degrees of automation to enable agile application delivery. The Product Architect will be instrumental in implementing Citrix architectures, the engineering processes and best practices to enable the infrastructure required for application hosting in public cloud.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Azure Public Cloud IaaS/PaaS
• VMware Private Cloud environments
• Citrix DaaS and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Comprehensive experience utilising multiple Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically demonstrable experience of implementing and managing Azure cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Considerable experience with modern SDLC tools, branching strategies, and ability to develop and enforce CI/CD practices within Azure DevOps.
• Utilising infrastructure as code to develop, deploy and scale Cloud applications and products with greater speed, less risk and reduced costs
• Detailed analysis of Cloud network design including security standards
• Install and maintain physical and virtual network infrastructure and tooling
• Assist developers and the business with new application deployments

Experience (in order of priority):

• Public cloud: Experience working in a distributed, cloud-based environment using Azure
• Citrix on-prem and Cloud design and implementation.
• Cloud networking: VNet, subnets, routing, NGFW, load balancers, interconnects, VPN
• Azure Cloud Services, Networks, Virtualization (VMware, ESXi, vSphere), Storage, Compute inc. End user compute, Citrix DaaS and Office 365
• Experience with Azure DevOps, modern SDLC tools, branching strategies, and ability to develop and enforce CI/CD practices
• PowerShell, Terraform, YAML, ARM Templates
• Experience with Scripting languages, ARM, JSON, PowerShell, YAML.

This role is based in London and operating in a hybrid working model (3 days a week in the office)
